NLW RULES
Here are the following rules and regulations which must be followed by at all times. Any breakage of these rules will result in a penalty or, for repeat offenses, termination from the NLW Roster.
1. Any sort of discrimination on Sex, Race, Religion, or Creed will be subject to disciplinary action. Further offences in this manner will result in your membership being terminated.
2. Roleplay Rules: You as a handler are required to complete just 1 roleplay per match. But by all means may do more. If you roleplay more then 1 time all your RP's will be graded and divided by the total number of RP's posted for an overall value. So if your opponent does 1 RP and it's graded at 3.7pts, and you do two RP's and their grades are 3.8pts & 3.2pts = 3.5pts (avg), your opponent will get the victory. Quality always beats Quantity.
3. We expect you to roleplay every week you are booked. If you are unable to roleplay at all, please let the staff know ahead of time. If you are unable to roleplay at all, please give a weeks notice if possible so we can keep you off the card, and not mess things up.
4. There will be a Point Drops starting SIX HOURS before the Deadline. Every Roleplay is rated on a 0pt-5pts scale by the Staff. If you post within 6hrs of the deadline your RP will be graded from 0-4pts. 5hrs before deadline 0-3pts, 4hrs before deadline 0-2pts, 3hrs before deadline 0-1pt. 2hrs or less, while we thank you for doing your RP and you'll still earn credit towards you ranking within NLW, you've lost your match. NLW will not accept any form of sandbagging.
6. The Championship Advantage: the Champion will always have an automatic 0.2 lead. This is called Championship Advantage. In the realm of wrestling we see on TV a champ can get DQ'ed or Countedout to retain ie a Champions Advantage. Here in the NLW we do this. To become champion means you've EARNED it.
7. Using other wrestlers in your roleplays. You may talk about other wrestlers in the NLW in your RP any way you want, but you must request their permission if you would like to attack or include them in any sort of face-to-face dialogue. The same goes for all staff as well.
8. You cannot make your character invincible. In other words, YOU MUST SELL WHAT IS DONE TO YOUR CHARACTER. I cannot stress this enough. Failure to sell anything that happens to your character, for example a backstage attack, will be treated as an act of disrespect to the staff and to the other roleplayers in the game. Our characters are all human - as far as we know - and therefore are able to be injured, bruised, burned, etc. Don't act as though you can have them be some kind of immortal, indestructible being, because that would just be nonsensical.
9. Wrestlers must be original characters. No carbon copies of the Rock, Stone Cold, or any other direct rip-offs of any other real wrestling characters.
10. If you are caught stealing a roleplay your ass will be terminated immediately!
11. When you post a Roleplay and your opponent feeds off it, don't claim what you posted was private, don't claim there wasn't any cameras present. Clearly a camera crew was present to film it (Or we wouldn't of been able to read about it). Remember in eFedding when reading a Roleplay you're supposed to envision it in your head, much like reading a book.
